These five therapeutic lifestyle changes feed off of each other.  Doing poorly in one area negatively affects the others, and in return the initial area suffers further.  All this results in a downward spiral.  To reverse that process, causing an upward spiral towards health and happiness, focus most of your efforts on the area that needs the most work, and you will find it easier and easier to make progress in the other areas.
